Erbil : The Seventh Medical Exhibition Will be opened for the period from 25-27 / 5/2015 on the  ground  of Erbil International Fair with the participation of one hundred and forty global companies from eight countries.

This Fair  sponsored directly by the Ministry of Health in the region, to strengthen the ministry's plans to develop the health sector and activating the private sector to enable it to provide the best medical services to citizens .

As a part of  preparation for  this exhibition  a press conference was held at the Rotana Hotel was attended by stakeholders in the health sector and the Ministry of Health and managers of exhibiting companies and representatives of importers of pharmaceutical companies and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to give momentum and the importance to  this exhibition.

Erbil : On 17/05/2015 ,Mr. Soran Abu Bakr al-Aziz, Deputy Chairman of the Erbil  Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in his office in Erbil  was received trade delegation from Uzbekistan ,which has visited the Chamber in order to learn  about  trade and economic activities in The region .

Mr. Vice President of the Chamber gave a detailed explanation about the structure of the Chamber and activities And the most important developmental joints that receiving  direct support from the Regional  government, as well as gave an idea over  the investment law and privileges granted to investors, referring to the investment opportunities offered in the region in the fields of industry - agriculture, tourism and the possibility of future cooperation with the Uzbek companies in these areas.

Poland :  During the period of 12-14 / 5/2015, the Arab Economic - Polish Conference was held in the city of woog in Poland . A  delegation, headed by Mr. Ibrahim Sophie First Deputy Chairman of the  Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the membership of three members of the Board of Directors of the Chamber participated in the Conference .

On the first day was for the  chamber a speech  which addressed  by the head of the delegation talked about the structural  body of Chamber of Commerce and other chambers of commerce in the region and the number  members of  them and their role in promoting trade relations between the Kurdistan Region and the countries of the world.

The second day was  for the  delegation of the Chamber another activity which set up a session where the delegation  explained  investment and economic, commercial and other activities Size in the region ,In addition to the number of local and foreign and Arab companies officially registered in the Region , all of which contribute to the structural and commercial activities at various levels, as has been the exchange of symbolic gifts , was the  Logo of the Chamber  handed over to the Chairman of the Chamber Woog ,which  sponsored  the conference and the they expressed  solidarity and mutual cooperation.

The delegation also visited the Embassy of the Republic of  Iraq and met Iraqi Ambassador  Mr. Asaad Sultan, the conversation  was focused on  ways of  trade cooperation between Poland and the Kurdistan Region, .

The  non-usual  significant  happening  at the diplomatic level  was a formerly lift  of Kurdistan flag in front of the Conference Building with flags of other countries.

Erbil : On 14/5/2015 , the Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry, represented by Dr.Dara Jalil Khayat the president of the  Chamber ,participated in the opening ceremony of the Erbil International Fair for Reconstruction ,which was opened in Erbil  with the participation of 180 companies from 11 countries which offered various machinery, natural stone, ceramic and other industries involved in infrastructure projects.

The exhibition was held on the floor Erbil International Fair ,under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction and Housing in the presence of its minister as well as the ministers of Municipalities and Tourism, Trade and Industry and the Governor of Erbil and director Paramaides International company Exhibition, which run over  for four days, statements  gave where in by Messrs Minister of Housing and Construction and the Governor of Erbil, stressed the importance of the establishment of such exhibitions  in Erbil the capital of the Region of Kurdistan and Iraq business Gateway in this difficult situation that Iraq is going through and the Kurdistan Region to prove to the world that the Kurdistan Region did not stop the life, building and progress.

Gazi Antab: On 7/5/2015 ,in  the presence of Kurdistan Traders heading by Dr.Dara Jalil Khayat the president of Erbil Chamber of Commerce and Industry the second International Fair of Gazi Antab for decorations ,Furnishing and Forest products was opened in Gazi antab .

150 companies from different countries of the world were participated in this exhibition.

On this occasion many discussion s and meeting sessions were held for participants and managers of the Fair , in these sessions Mr. President  of the chamber participated actively in discussions  and talked about the deepness of commercial Links between Kurdistan and Turkey in one hand and the Turkish chambers of commerce and their counterparts in the region, on the other hand, work is under way to achieve the best results that serve the economies of both countries.
